个人简介: 王士进,博士,正高级工程师,科大讯飞股份有限公司副总裁、研究院执行院长,认知智能全国重点实验室副主任,并担任中央电教馆人工智能教育专家组专家,新一代人工智能产业技术创新战略联盟专委会委员,中国人工智能学会教育工作委员会常务委员。2003年本科毕业于图书馆VIP少年班,2008年博士毕业于中国科学院自动化研究所。十余年专注认知智能方向的技术创新及在教育行业的关键技术研究和产业落地,建立并领导超500人的认知智能研究团队,带领团队在机器阅读理解、常识推理等方向取得多项重要突破,获得领域相关国际权威评测冠军30余项;在智慧教育领域实现从口语智能评测,到全科纸笔阅卷,再到个性化学习的持续技术创新和成果转化。自2023年12月起主导“1+N”星火认知大模型攻关,带领团队突破多语言认知、知识融合推理、开放域多轮对话等关键技术,研发了业内首个基于全国产算力训练的千亿级通用认知大模型,整体效果达到国内领先水平,对标ChatGPT实现中文超越,英文相当,已在教育、司法等多个行业深度应用。主持国家重点研发计划、长三角科技创新共同体联合攻关项目、中国科学院攻坚科技专项等多项国家和省部级重大项目,发表高水平论文90余篇,授权发明专利30余项,获得国际权威评测冠军20余项,获得安徽省科技进步一等奖、安徽省自然科学奖二等奖、吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖一等奖等科技奖励,被授予中国青年五四奖章集体、中国计算机学会杰出会员等重要荣誉,2023年获得中国科协求是杰出青年成果转化奖,2024年入选安徽省江淮英才创新人才培养计划杰出项目。 | |
